We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our products—including our Bedsheets, Comforter Sets, Blankets, Bridal Sets, Fleeces, Towels, Cushions, and Prayer Mats—as accurately as possible.

  • Variations: Because digital screens display colors differently, minor color variations between the digital image and the actual physical product may occur.

  • Pricing & Availability: All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to keep our inventory accurate, items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel an order if an item goes out of stock.

3. Order Acceptance & Contract

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an automated confirmation email or message. This confirms we have received your request but does not yet constitute final acceptance of your order.

  • Verification: To protect our customers, we reserve the right to verify your contact information or delivery address via phone call or WhatsApp before processing and dispatching your shipment.

  • Cancellation: Cootexa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect pricing, typographical errors in product details, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We proudly deliver across Pakistan straight to your doorstep.

  • Delivery Timelines: While we aim for prompt delivery, shipping times may vary depending on your city or remote location. Cootexa is not responsible for unexpected transit delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or national holidays.

  • Inspection upon Arrival: We advise customers to inspect the packaging upon delivery. If the parcel appears heavily damaged or tampered with, please contact our support team immediately.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Quality Assurance

Because we manufacture factory-grade, premium quality goods with strict quality control, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Due to hygienic reasons and the nature of specific products, certain categories (such as specific white-label goods or altered items) may have restrictive exchange rules unless a genuine manufacturing defect is proven.

  • Process: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify our customer care within the specified return window (e.g., 7 days) via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photographic proof.
